As a group, we decided to chose the genres of horror and true crime. We did this because they link in with with each other. We have decided to base our film/documentary on a real life case as we are going to change parts of the case. We will be using voiceovers to help describe the case. The 'Lesbian Vampire Killer'. The trailer we are going to make is for teens and young adults as we are currently all teenagers and know what others might/will like. We are going to talk about how the 'killing has already happened' , 'the background of the killer' and 'how the death of the victim could have been prevented'.
We noted down three different titles that we thought would be a good fit and ended up choosing 'Smoke and Mirrors'. This title reflects Tracey's personality disorder as her alters would mirror her and take control of her and what she was doing but she didn't realize her alters were taking over.
As a group, we have created an online mind map that we all have access to and can change at anytime. This makes it easer to use and add in any more details we might have without writing it down on a piece of paper and it getting lost.
